By using the Gepek platform you accept the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope
Gepek is an online platform for advertising and searching for vehicles. We are not the seller, the buyer or an agent in any transaction — we provide the technical advertising service only.
2. Account and registration
An account is required to post a listing. The details you enter must be accurate and up to date, and you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
3. Listing rules
A listing must relate to a real vehicle that is available for sale or hire, and must contain accurate details of the price, mileage and condition. Duplicate listings, misleading prices and photos that do not show the advertised vehicle are prohibited.
4. Moderation and removal of content
We reserve the right to reject, amend or remove a listing if it breaches these terms, applicable law or the rights of third parties. In the event of repeated breaches, an account may be suspended or permanently disabled.
5. Liability
The user who published a listing is solely responsible for its content. Gepek does not warrant the accuracy of the details or the condition of the vehicle, does not guarantee the outcome of any negotiation, and is not liable for loss arising from the relationship between buyer and seller.
6. Intellectual property
By publishing photos and descriptions you grant us a non-exclusive right to display them on the platform and in its translations. The platform's trade mark, design and software remain our property.
7. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after the changes are published is deemed acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. We will seek to settle any dispute amicably; failing that, the competent court in Podgorica shall have jurisdiction.
