2. What data we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), the content of listings and messages, and technical data about your visit (a truncated IP address, device type and language) needed for security and statistics.
3. Purpose of processing
We use the data to display listings, enable contact between buyer and seller, prevent abuse and improve the service. We do not sell data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on performance of a contract (use of the platform), our legitimate interest (security and statistics) and your consent where we ask for it explicitly.
5. Retention period
We keep account data for as long as the account exists, and for no more than 12 months after deletion in order to meet legal obligations. Visit statistics are kept in aggregated form.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for signing in and for your language and theme preferences, as well as anonymous visit statistics. You can delete cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to object. Send your request from the email address linked to your account.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection, passwords are held by the sign-in system, and only authorised staff have access to the data.
